The HR department , y making use of the company’s public holidays , had arranged  a flaw detection position  qualification training for the employee of  some related department .About  5  people  coming from the  department of engineering , inspection and testing ,thermo-engineering and operation  have been sent to  the training center of ZWZ for the training given by the specialists  from the  Non-Damage  Association of Liaoning  province .Through the  5-day period of study and 2 –day  period of examination ,they  had all passed the  examination in terms of theory and practical operation .Among  them  3 of them had got the 2^nd –class position qualification certificate(senior ),2 of them had got the 1^st –class  position qualification certificate .This has indicated that the position qualification the employees of our  company who  are now engaging the flaw detection work  will be approved by the international cooperative engine builders .
